I grew up on a farm near the village of Annaheim Sk. Annaheim’s school consists on average of one hundred students from Kindergarten through grade twelve. In my grade twelve year my volleyball team and girls doubles team (Kacey Patton & I) both placed fifth at provincials. In addition, I was on our schools S.R.C. as president, leading a number of activities and fundraisers for our school along with Melanie Blechinger (treasurer) and Kacey Patton (secretary). After graduating with a class of seven in 2005 I completed my grade 8 in my R.A.D dance examinations at Jacquie’s Dance Academy in Humboldt. The folowing year I taught dance (ballet, jazz, tap and hip-hop) for a year at Three Lakes School of Dance and Annaheim School of dance. In Fall 2006 I started taking university classes at St. Peter’s College while I worked part time at Doepker Industries in the Finishing department. Doepker Industries is a semi-trailer building company based out of Annaheim. I also took part as a volunteer assistant at St. Dominic School, Humboldt, and at a bible camp, Annaheim. Currently I am in the Arts Education program having a major in visual arts and minor in dance. During my time off, I enjoy playing sports, such as volleyball and ball, reading, drawing, camping at the lake, snowboarding, and wakeboarding. Lastly, I like to watch house designing/renovating television shows along with Prison Break, The Apprentice, Friends and Oprah.
